Classes / Program


CLASSES DESCRIPTION (All levels)

BALLROOM: Learn American or International Ballroom Our courses are fun and we break it into easy to learn steps. Waltz, Fox-Trot, Rumba, Cha-cha, Swing, Tango & Salsa.


SALSA: Basic Salsa 1. steps and Latin movements, with or without a partner, you will enjoy the fun instruction with a highly rated instructor. Students learn footwork and various patterns, as well as cross body lead techniques.


HIP-HOP: This Fun class is designed to not only learn the newest Hip Hop moves, but also technique -- All levels welcomed, as long as you're having fun.

ETIQUETTE I. & II. (Good Manners): Become skilled etiquette and personal improvement in a nurturing and safe environment, proper dining behavior, politeness, social graces, poise and more.


MODELING I. & II (Pre-requisite Etiquette 1.) Be trained in the art of fashion modeling, runway and photo posing. Are you looking to improve your poise walking and charm? Our Etiquette course will be ideal for you.


PILATES MAT: Enhance and improves your muscle strength, flexibility, coordination, core control, stabilization and postural alignment

QI-GONG (energy & breath at work): Is an ancient (5,000 years old in record) Chinese practice, which helps prolong life and stamina. Its deep breathing technique promotes healing. Qi-gong is the grandfather discipline of all martial arts. It is easy, gentle and for all ages. (More ancient & easier than Tai-chi).


CARDIO SALSA: A low impact aerobic dance that is fun and effective. A workout to the beat of Latin music while learning Salsa. A good work out for your Salsa turns. The easy to follow Latin steps help you burn calories and you'll feel great!


BALLET/JAZZ: Emphasis on rhythmic movements, core strength, placement, encourages relaxation.


SELF DEFENSE FOR YOUNGSTERS: is an introduction to practical Martial Arts Techniques and Safety. It's designed to work with the children strengths, weakness and aptitude. (Non-competitive)
